We’re the longest established float center in Florida and as we grow and expand into a new building (5minutes from current location) we’ll become the largest float and wellness center on the East Coast!

Our mission is to help transform people’s lives through Natural Wellness Therapies with floatation therapy being our primary focus.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking candidates who are professional, friendly, pro-active, positive, energetic, organized and seeking to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
You will assist in the day-to-day operations which includes but not limited to routine cleaning of the float rooms and other therapy rooms. Following training you’ll be capable of delivering great routine customer care, center management tasks such as checking in clients, answering phones, booking appointments, cleaning the common areas, tidying and restocking facilities and providing new client orientations. 
To be a good fit for the role you must be customer oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, able to handle the physical aspects of the role and be able to switch modes from cleaning to calm and collected as you will be working with a diverse clientele delivering nothing but superior levels of service.
The position will also include excellent conversation skills and have a keen interest in the fascinating world of consciousness. You’ll have an understanding or interested in the benefits of meditation, zero gravity and reduced stimulation therapies, Epsom salt baths, neuroscience, biohacking and all things health and wellness.
Whilst Souler Float promotes a very relaxing environment for our guests offering a refuge from their daily stresses, on the operation side there is much to do. Being productive and efficient in your duties whilst mindful of our client’s experience is essential.
The role is part-time and the ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, available to work evenings and weekends, we operate by appointment only.

Responsibilities
Wellness Associates are responsible for but not limited to:
– Answering the telephone and scheduling appointments, both on location and over the phone
– Greeting and checking clients in and out
– Communicating with enthusiasm and ensuring the highest quality of customer service at all times
– Understanding individual customers circumstances and tailoring their experience to suit their needs, including delivering new client orientation
– Updating relevant reports and other documentation
– Monitor inventory
– Product and Service Sales
– Email correspondence
– Gaining post float feedback from customers
– Follow existing and adapt easily to new processes
– Cleaning the therapy rooms between each session
– General house-keeping of all common areas and bathrooms
– Follow a morning, afternoon and evening cleaning and routine tasks checklist for the center to ensure our meticulous hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained daily.
– Occasionally lifting up to 50lbs of salt and handling pool chemistry

Desired Skills and Experience

– This is a unique position which does not require any specific qualification, however since there is a need for excellent interpersonal skills, computer work and lots to learn a GED certification at a minimum is required
– Must enjoy cleaning and laundry as there’s lots of it!
– Reliable with own transport
– Professional, friendly, articulate, easy going and willing to work hard
– A desire to learn about floatation therapy and the benefits of our other service offerings
– Some level of experience is required or a willingness to make the time to float
– A polite and patient telephone manner
– An aptitude to learn our POS and appointment booking system
– Customer service and /or retail sales experience is beneficial to the role
– Multi-tasking with ease is essential to be successful in this position
– You must enjoy working with people and communicate in a professional manner
– Flexible and quick learner
– General computer, internet and email skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
– Professional demeanor and appearance
– Available mornings, evenings and weekends
– Detail oriented and able to follow defined processes
– Must be physically capable to clean
– Must be able to lift 50Lbs

Salary Rate: Competitive local rates + commission + tips + wellness perks

Training period will continue until you are able to operate the center independently. The duration of training varies by individual, compensation increases with demonstrated skills and increased responsibilities. 
Part-time hours typically consist of 2-3 shifts per week, increases during peak season (typically snowbird season) and for the right candidate can evolve to a full-time position. All Wellness Associates must be available and willing to work weekends, morning and evening shifts.
